Mills Media have been commissioned to photograph the Home and Communities Agency’s Kickstart programme.
The Kickstart Housing Delivery programme was announced in the 2009 Budget – targeted at currently stalled sites, to support construction of high quality mixed tenure housing developments. Additional resources for Kickstart were also announced in Building Britain’s Future on 29 June.
Over the next two months, Mills Media will be visiting 25 sites to document the HCA development in the North West region.
