The conference team has just completed a successful two day conference for NUS Services LTD. They are responsible for the development of the NUS commercial interests. This years conference was about growth and the future of the NUS services and was held at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool. The event closed with an awards night including Gala Dinner.
Mills Media provided full AV support throughout the 3 day event. We produced a bespoke set and graphics to reflect the theme of the conference, as well as audio & visual support including audio & video recording of the main plenary sessions. For the Awards dinner the room was transformed with the white drapes being replaced on the set with starcloth. Intelligent lighting was positioned to bring a showbiz flair to the awards which went off with a bang, using confetti pyrotechnics in celebration of the achievements of the awards winners.
For the third year in row we have also provided full conference facilities for IS Pharma, this years conference was held at Peckforton Castle Hotel. A beautiful location in the centre of Cheshire.
As we move into May we look forward to providing full services to the Liverpool Law Society Charity Ball at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Liverpool, this year in support of “Help the Hero’s” charity.
We also, embark on the 25th PIANC congress, being held at the BT covention centre in May, an event four years in the planning. Mills Media are providing full event services in event management, conference AV across six different conference rooms, an exhibition hall and IT support. Lighting and effects are being installed in St Georges Hall for the Civic Reception and the Anglican Cathedral for the congress banquet. May is going to be an exciting time at Mills Media.
