Mills Media Creative has recently completed working with Wyevale Garden Centres on their 2016 Spring Show.
Having provided AV technical services in 2015, we stepped up our involvement this year with a full range of event & exhibition management plus video production facilities. The Mills Media event team was brought on board by Wyevale Garden Centres to assist with planning, invites & RSVP’s and delegate registration.
Our technical team built a bespoke website for all colleagues and key suppliers to not only register but to source information concerning the Spring Show exhibition, training events, awards dinners and personal badge printing.
Held at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, the premier location welcomed over 1,400 staff and suppliers during the two day event. Our exhibition team was on-site several days beforehand to manage the install of over 140 stands with each supplier keen to display and demonstrate a wealth of new products headed for Wyevale Garden Centres across England and Wales.
The Mills Media live event crew staged two awards dinners (for both suppliers and Wyevale Garden Centres) plus a range of plenary sessions and panel discussions. To ensure the Spring Show was comprehensively filmed, we also sent our business TV production unit to shoot live action footage of the event. The team has created several video edits including a highlights package, award show films and interview compilations with staff, colleagues and suppliers.
The Wyevale Garden Centres 2016 Spring Show was a great success and described by one senior staff member as “the best event ever”. It was a show that was long in the planning but our commitment to meticulous detail, expert analysis, on-site experience and excellent delivery plus an amazing partnership with the Wyevale Garden Centres team – was all worthwhile.
It will be difficult to top the 2016 Spring Show…but that will certainly be the remit for 2017 – and we can’t wait to get started!
