Fairbridge is now part of the Prince’s Trust, inspiring young people across Merseyside. Designed to support their personal and social development, young people can join the programme and can get involved in a wide range of positive activities.

The charitable organisation exists purely on kind hearted donations and supplying the photography was our little way of supporting this great cause.

The photographic brief was to create a portfolio of stunning images for clothing company Fundamental Textiles. The business is about to launch an on-line operation in January specialising in high quality ‘hoodies’ for men, women and children that come in up to 20 different colours., The agency requested a series of vibrant, colourful action images plus a selection of fun close-ups and Bob certainly delivered!, A series of advertisements are booked for ‘Images’ and ‘Printware and Promotion’ magazines to run in the first 6 months of 2012 plus there are plans to show at a ‘Printware and Promotion’ trade fare in February that will require a brochure featuring the range of products.

The contract will result in 
new infrastructure investment at Cammell Laird’s River Mersey base.  In addition to the three year contract RWE NR L
and Cammell Laird have also signed an engineering services agreement. This is an immensely important contract for the company and will showcase the breadth of skills and expertise

We have an ongoing aerial progress project for Mpact Thales
 photographing the new Manchester Metro Link extentions.
 This 3 year project once completed will increase the systems 
length from 23 to 60 miles with at least 99 stops. 
Manchester will have the largest tram network in the United Kingdom.

Mills Media were commissioned to take images to promote and advertise The Cosy Home Free Insulation Scheme.

The scheme in the majority of cases will meet the full cost of installing cavity wall and loft insulation.

The free insulation scheme is funded by Wirral Council and British Gas and managed on the councils behalf by Energy Project Plus.

As the awards season truly kicks in, Mills Media was kept busy photographing all the nominees for Wirral Investment Network’s (WiN) 2011 annual awards. Bob Baxter visited the 26 companies that stretched the length and breadth of the Wirral region. His captured images were then edited to an upbeat music soundtrack and played at the prestigious black tie ceremony, held this year at Hillbark Hotel . Some 350 key figures from the local business community attended the now well-established event to celebrate the achievements of these companies.

We were also commissioned to photograph the drinks reception sponsored by Artemis plus all the presenters and highly praised winners. BBC Radio Merseyside’s Roger Philips once again hosted the Awards and local MP Esther McVey and Scantec’s John Robinson as Chair of WiN, were on hand to offer warm congratulations on another amazing event.

The yard has a vast array of work on at present including sections of the two new aircraft carriers being built for the MOD.

Held at the BT Convention Centre, The Mersey Partnership gave out a total of 15 awards with winners on the night including Hope Street Hotel, the London Carriage Works and Wirral attraction The U-Boat Story.

Bob Baxter photographed the prestigious show from early evening until the late hours and the leading figures of the region were out on show.

This is a huge industry and Liverpool City Region’s Visitor Economy alone currently generates visitor spend of £2.8billion and is estimated to support approximately 41,000 jobs a year. The eleven category winners will now go forward to the national awards being held later in the year.
